DR Systems Resource Center registrations, approval, password, and support are processed during normal business hours.

  • Monday-Friday PST/Pacific Standard Time.
  • Weekend registrations received will be processed the next business day, typically Monday unless a holiday.

DR Systems Unity RIS/PACS Product Support

Customer Support Self Service facility is monitored Monday-Friday 6AM to 6PM PST/Pacific Standard Time and is intended for non-urgent issues only.

    5AM and 6AM PST/Pacific Standard Time each Thursday.
